Learn how to properly referee and score a Hapkido tournament. As a referee your main role is to insure the rules and tournament bylaws of the Korean New Martial Arts Hapkido Federation are being followed. This course is a must for every Hapkido Black Belt that wants to compete. The effective date for these regulation is May 1st 2014, if you have taken a referee course prior to that date you will be required to be re-certified.
